John Oscar Nordenstrom (a stucco/plaster man) and his family journeyed from Jamptland Sweden to America in 1889. He settled on a farm near Mora, Minnesota and began the Nordenstrom tradition of fine craftsmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction has continued to this day. The early history of the Nordenstroms’ in construction was constant demand for their services by “word of mouth” recommendation as to their craftsmanship and dedication, magnified in every job.
